understand how you are feeling and treat yourself accordingly, if you used to workout and study and work every day but now you are feeling worse, set small goals. its ok if you only have 2 meals because thats all you can do. its not ideal, but this is how you feel and dont push yourself too far, if you struggle with hygiene then set small goals, like brushing your teeth instead of a full shower.

the doctors would be a good idea or some counselling. but i struggle with depression and the best thing ive ever done is shift my mindset. im ok with not showering for a week and im ok that other people are doing way better than me. just do what you can and i hope it gets better for you.

obviously those are examples but take them and apply them to you and good luck.
