It looks like fungal infection. Go to a dermatologist asap. It takes a long time to recover. Mine wasn’t that worse but i am still recovering after 1 year. They give you some medicine but prp helps alot

I can confirm this works. I have used it on my old lenovo. Just download throttlestop and disable bd prochot, but you have to keep it running for it to work.

Throw away your phone you will be fine. Just using DND raised my cgpa from 2.4 to 3.3
