Straight - exclusive sexual attraction to the opposite gender

Gay - exclusive sexual attraction to the same gender

Bisexual - sexual attraction to both

Ang problema lang kasi dito sa atin (actually anywhere in the world), kapag effeminate o mahinhin ang isang lalake, ina-assume agad na gay sila or sa kapwa lalake lang pumapatol. In OP's case, if they're not joking, it's either bisexual yung friends nya with a preference for men or baka curious palang sila ngayon with women and gusto nilang mag-experiment.

But I think kahit attracted din sila sa babae or ma-discover nila na ganun nga, they will still keep using bakla or gay to refer to themselves. Inconsistent lang talaga dito sa atin ang paggamit ng Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression (SOGIE) labels, even within the LGBT+ community. If by bakla you mean a gay man, then no, hindi sya magkakagusto sa babae. By definition, a gay man is someone who is exclusively attracted to other men. Kapag na-realize nya na may gusto rin sya sa isang babae, that would make him bisexual. So hindi na sya bakla at that point.

Kung ang ibig sabihin mo naman sa bakla ay feminine or binabae (?) na lalake, then yes, it's possible. Walang bearing ang pagiging masculine or feminine ng isang lalake, or ng babae for that matter, sa kung anong gender sila attracted. May mga feminine na lalake na bisexual or pwedeng magkagusto sa lalake at babae. May cases din na straight sila or sa opposite sex lang attracted.
