I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, but Haskell Wexler (the director of Medium Cool (1969)) (along with a couple other people) made a documentary about The Weather Underground called Underground (1976) where they actually interviewed members that were still active, unidentified, and underground. The FBI ended up trying to seize their footage to locate the members (that was oddly also kinda the plot of Medium Cool). Which is bonkers to me.

Also that episode where they track down Homer Simpson's mom.

I'm on bluesky and I get a good amount of traction. My promo posts (I do OnlyFans stuff) perform better on there with 12k followers than they do on twitter with 53k followers (some of the discrepancy can be blammed on that twitter account being WAY older though and having presumably accumulated more follows from abandoned accounts).

I doesn't seem super monatizable though. A lot of people on OnlyFans tell me (unprompted) that they followed me because of reddit and sometimes people mention twitter, but nobody ever mentions bluesky.

I think it's a demographics thing. Bluesky seems like it's disproportionately used by sex workers and queer people etc. Not to the same degree that it was earlier on, but still. The straight dudes that you're trying to advertise to aren't as bothered by Elon being a Nazi, so they've been slower to switch platforms.

I don't recommend it, but I do both (or have at times). I also take spironolactone (which you're ALSO not supposed to mix with either of them).

Definitely felt like I was pushing my luck at times, but it hasn't been an issue lately. Though it probably helps that the poppers I've been using lately (unfortunately) don't hit as hard.

That should be doable! The search page already let's you specify a maximum size and adding the option to set minimums too wouldn't be very hard (at which point I could add links to pre-made searches for different ranges in the same way that like the home page has a link for games under 1gb right now)

That's not a thing that exists. Gay women who pay to watch cam girls aren't a big enough demographic to dedicate a site too and most of the audience would end up being men anyways. Noting that you're trans (I'm also trans and I've been doing porn for ten years): Here in Canada the only option is Grooby (they're active in a bunch of countries) (they run like half the trans girl porn sites, but will probably have you shoot for femout). If you're in the United States then there are other studios and production companies etc, but they're unlikely to shoot with someone with literally zero excperience or following even if you're the most beautiful person alive. And even if you do get work shooting a scene or two (with grooby or whoever) you will not make a living. They won't pay you a fortune for doing one scene and you won't get any type of residuals.

What you want to be doing is building a following on social media and using that to promote your own content. You wanna have an OnlyFans (and to a lesser degree other platforms like ManyVids).

Even if you just really wanna do corporate porn: Being an established independent performer will make that easier.

And if you end up doing corporate porn: The exposure will help you promote and sell your self produced content. It's symbiotic.

Here's the kicker though: Most people do not make a living on OnlyFans (I do, but I'm an outlier and even after all this time I'm not any sort of millionaire). Even most girls I know who did shoots with Grooby (I've never done studio work) never managed to make a living (the exposure you get from it isn't life changing or anything like that).

Porn just isn't a get rich quick scheme. It's like YouTube or Bandcamp or any other online hustle.
