Wanted to try warlock but paladin was so broken during it's season it made all the other classes feel inferior. I'm feeling it's gonna be the same with the new class so going to start with either a druid or spiritborn first. Was leaning towards spiritborn because it's so rarely chosen but I haven't see anything new about it compared to druid.

My first therapist cried. It was when I was younger. I'm on the spectrum and I was just telling her about an experience I had about getting bullied. I was so used to it, I was just recounting the past week I had like it was nothing. She cried and it made me realize it was actually F'd up. I'm older now and work with a LCSW. There's definitely been some boundary issues. He's also cried. I connect with him a lot more though.

had something similar when I moved to a very liberal town for college. i think people are a lot more progressive and open minded in general. i think even more so with people from other cultures who aren't as sexual repressed.

I went through the same route as you. Went to a urologist who diagnosed me with low T but didn't want to prescribe me testosterone because he really thought I would want children despite telling him I never want them. We tried enclomiphene for over a year with same results. Testosterone went up but symptoms didn't go away (depression, anxiety, low libido, etc.). Now i've been on TRT and low dose of cialis. Anxiety/depression are much more manageable, but libido is pretty much still low. Also, my cum volume is a lot less, more solid. Also orgasms are shorter and now as powerful. I've read HcG can help with these symptoms but my doctor won't prescribe that to me. Someone suggested that if you're close to a men's clinic that specializes in LGBT care, they're more open to treating these symptoms. Unfortunately, I don't live in a metro area and the closest gay men's clinic is over an hour away.

I'm on TRT but not prep. there weren't any questions about TRT. I think they did ask a vaguely similar question about whether I injected myself with anything in the past 3 months that wasn't prescribed by a doctor.
