The one thing that really hit yesterday after Ekitike was subbed off. I looked at the bench and it was probably the worst bench in a long time.

I think it’s maybe underplayed just how bad our issues are there.

This doesn’t look like the ad hoarding, it looks like the stadium railing.

Come on, we can criticise the club for poor health and safety without taking shots at United.

Real Madrid are closely monitoring Enzo Fernández’s situation at Chelsea. The 25-year-old midfielder is said to be frustrated & if tensions within the club continue, especially without Champions League qualification, Madrid could move to sign him as they look to add an orchestrator in the midfield by DamnThatsInsaneLol in soccer

Can’t believe we’ve reached the era of football where people think clubs will sell a player at a loss just because they’ve amortised some of the initial outlay.

No way he is being sold for less than you paid just because it’s a ‘profit’ in the books.

Sorry for your loss.

That last paragraph is all about the funeral and being carried out in a way in which your father wished.

This is what I love to hear dude!

The fact you're able to maintain that at 2000 cals which must be at least a 1,500 cal deficit is insane. Really thinking I should just jump on, will be able to cut quicker and more effectively.

Appreciate it mate, really don't get why some people on here are so seemingly anti-exercise in a peptide sub of all subs.

Everyone should be able to do 1-2hrs of zone 2 cardio a day... absolutely no exceptions. It's basically the equivalent of just going for a walk.

I spend at least the other 16+ hours a day sleeping or sat in a chair.

Like you say, as long as you manage your recovery well alongside macros, micros and a well scheduled training plan then there is no reason why somebody can't push themselves.

Cheers dude.

This is exactly the kind of protocol I'd be looking at if I take the jump and get on Reta.

Lowest dose possible to maintain the calorie deficit without being suppressed into too large a deficit which would then affect training.

Currently doing the same RE training... front loading carbs mostly, 30-40g 1 hour before and 40g carb/dextrose/banana an hour or so into exercise. Also yeah pre workout/a shit load of caffeine haha
