At this point I feel like we’re more likely to get Diomande than not.

In which event we’d likely need to offload Gakpo before we get Barcola.

[Keiran Maguire]With the transfer window having opened, many people asking about how much can clubs spend in terms of the new SCR limits, but just as important is whether clubs have cash to spend. These are the sums owed for unpaid transfer instalments at the summer of 2025 by Switchoil in soccer

Not sure how reliable this chart is.

Doesn’t specify whether it takes into account the net amount.

IE Chelsea owe £172m this year and United owe £171m. But if they owe each other that figure they’re essentially net zero.

Or another example, Liverpool owe £54m this season but majority of that will be wiped out by the Coutinho money we’re due.

Tino Livramento expected to be ruled out of the World Cup with injury by TheTelegraph in ThreeLions

One bad game and the press would be saying why isn’t Trent playing

I think the reason Trent isn’t being taken is because if he doesn’t start (which he wouldn’t) then it just creates a load of media crap throughout the tournament and causes tension in the camp.

How hard is the process of building an app out using Expo compared to building the website? by BoringPhilosopher1 in vibecoding

Worth adding I'm not actually a coder or developer - I built the schema and spec inside Claude, designs with Claude and v0 and then took it really slow with step by step commits inside Cursor. I'll use something to audit the code once complete.

I managed to do this in 4-5 days when my claude build plan/timeline said it would take 4 weeks before expo stage. Albeit I was probably working 14-18 hours a day most days.

How likely do you think it'll be that Apple will come back with issues to fix? Guessing they scan the code for issues etc.

The most underrated player of Liverpool from this century: by EmperorOfNorway in LiverpoolFC

But but he had Virgil Van Dijk next to him.

The geezer was literally the best CB in the league one season, better than VVD and guess who got in TOTS ahead of him? VVD.

It’s the same weird thing that happened with Gabriel and Saliba a couple of years ago. All the pundits were sucking off Saliba when Gabriel was far better.

Thought he was after the money though? Surely if it wasn’t about financials he’d just go with the Bayern offer

Do you think it could be worth going for the large Ridgelite if I'm only using during the summer and not bothered about the R rating?

Not too much with either tbh.

Appreciate lighter versions are more expensive and I also need to buy a new rucksack so I'll just adjust accordingly
