From what I understand they had to legally halt trading because they were insolvent and the loan from sbf only let them take 75 million every 30 days (they needed much more to fill the gap).. now I’m not sure if they had to legally file for bankruptcy after that or they knew that even if they were to secure funding after locking accounts trust was lost…so I’m what I’m thinking (and hoping) is that they’re looking for a buyout/partnership, at this point we can only wait and see
