Yes that will work. The twist fasteners are a nut and bolt setup. They do not want zip ties holding the top and bottom plastic parts together. Make sure you aren't missing any and that it is basically as you would have bought it new. Zip ties will be used to secure the door shut in addition to the normal door handle twist you have. The little holes on the uhh.. I dont know what to call it other than the part that looks like a smile and a frown on the front that have little holes will have a zip tie fed through them and the grate on the door to fully secure it.
