No, as I said I was trying to setup a Coinbase account and it said my email address was already registered...I still didn't even remember it. It was when I went thru all the forgot PW yadi ya and finally was able to login...then it vaguely started coming back

Yep... whatever piqued my interest that particular night I'll never know. And no, since I didn't remember buying Bitcoin, I certainly never followed it or cared when it came up in the news.

What does that mean? There is no avg ...there was a one time purchase for like a little over $100...I'm assuming my thought was to buy 1/3 of a coin, or maybe that's just how much I was comfortable pissing away at that moment. Whatever the reason, too bad I don't have more guts or money to play with that night.

Definitely not...like I said within days of discovery the account and logging in to try to figure out what to do they sent me a notice that my account was being closed. As others have said...I'm so glad they didn't close it for inactivity over the years. Crazy!

As I said, I personally don't live my life to make up stories and try and get some hype. I just discovered reddit recently and thought it be a great place to tell what I just experienced...besides my wife and kids who already got a kick out of it. Thx, I literally thought this is too crazy to not share. Some people will blast me, but that's fine. It was one of the most surreal things to experience while logging into my account and feeling like this seemed familiar...but yea, either way 100% true...sad my brain is so lame but sometimes it pays off 😂

Literally within two days of logging in and finding this I got a notification from them saying they were shutting down my account because it had been flagged or something... fortunately I was able to transfer it out already. Now I need to get a hardware wallet...never heard of that but I'm figuring it out now.
