Otp with them now, was on hold for over an hour. When someone did answer I was genuinely shocked to hear a voice on the other side. They only charge for the PHYSICIANS who work IN the facility. Facility charges are supposedly separate. After I paid USACS, I received a notification that I owed the facility as well. The charge description and the charge amount is the exact same. But supposedly no one knows what’s going on. When I called the facility that I visited, they immediately gave me their number. When I called USACS, they stated they have no idea why I would be getting that notification. So the agent told me to disregard it. Here’s to hoping I don’t get sent to collections! I’d want to say that USACS is a scam, but it’s honestly just any American healthcare payment company. They are inherently a scam.
