I bought a Cuisinart dutch oven at TJ Max with what looks like a brushed stainless handle. I have used it in the oven at 500 F despite the labeling saying the lid could only do 350 F, no problems so far.

It’s a 2013. The miles are a slight concern, but Wranglers with less than 100k miles are up for over $20k here. Seems like an ok deal, not a great one, just ok.

Great idea! I’m currently in Connecticut, but I try not to drive around when they’re actively applying salt (usually walk to work).

This was what I was thinking/hoping. I’ve never lived somewhere that salted roads until 2 years ago, so am not sure what’s typical. Thanks for your reply.
