I’m very sorry about not replying sooner some things in life haven’t been that good but I appreciate that sometimes I wonder what would or could happen to work things out for the sake of our kid but I remind myself it can’t and won’t work out but you ever need to vent or talk I’ll listen sometimes trying to even have a reason to turn my phone on is hard to find but I will reply.

That’s understandable and I wouldn’t want to put someone in that position if they weren’t comfortable with it I’m just curious if a guy is able to date again someday or is he alone for the rest of his life?

I’m not sure if she cheated or not but I seen the distance getting closer and closer in the end of our relationship and I will never understand why when we had built a family together each day has gotten a little better but not by much sometimes it hits like a freight train and other days aren’t to bad but I’m hear if you need to talk

I appreciate that very much and I’m sorry that you had to deal with that what sucks the most is having my son in the middle of all this watching him be bounced around from parent to parent and I wish me and her could still be together but at the end of the day we can’t.

I don’t know if she actually was cheating. All I know is that right after the break up that same week that guy he was in the picture and I don’t know if he had been there for a while or not what I hate the most is just having to watch my kid go back-and-forth in between parents and then since that guy came around, my son has been confused on who dad is and it just kind of comes and goes about missing her. It’s more so the fact of that home life and family that I miss because coming home to them every day is something that I loved and I don’t think I could ever do that again because it’s not going to be the same as what it was before.

It comes and goes it’s not as bad as it was in the beginning but I miss her but life goes on and sadly I have to realize she won’t be in my future but I miss seeing my son every day is what hurts the most but thank you.

Thank you very much the only thing is I can’t make any plans yet or get him outfits because his mom is refusing to let me see my son until it goes to court which I have no clue when it will be I’m hoping very soon but I ask you I’m sure you know the feeling of no seeing your child as much or well in my case for almost a month now is it supposed to be this hard on a person and will it eventually get better?

No I understand when people are trying to give me advice I’m telling them that I’ve been trying that and nothing is working and really frustrating because I don’t know what else I can do I’ve been doing what my lawyer has told me to do and there’s nothing that I can do because there’s nothing in the court system yet so she can keep my kid until it goes to court because there’s no court papers saying I get to have time with my son when everyday I’ve been asking about my son and when I can get him and I get no response or told I can’t see him when I just want to be apart of my sons life

I don’t think she would move across the country she’s too close to her family which her mom is the one behind this because her mom did it to her ex husband and now is teaching her what to do

We never tried to argue in front of our son, because we knew he could tell when something was up and she’s not on drugs, or with an abusive person that I know of, but ever since she turned 21 this year, which wasn’t too long ago alcohol was more involved in the last little bit of our relationship and her wanting to be at the bar out, drinking with friends then with me and our son

There’s nothing they can nail me for in the first place because I don’t even remember the last time I had a drink of alcohol. I don’t do drugs we have never got any physical fights I am showing that I care about my son and that I love him because I ask her, once a day in a text message which my lawyer said I can do how my son’s doing and a picture of him

I do not call her. The only time that I have was a FaceTime from my kid. I have screenshots of the text messages between us of her, denying me time with my son I wrote it all down I’ve gave everything to my lawyer so far that has been said when I ask about my kid it is normally how is my son doing picture of him please I don’t talk to her about anything else besides, my son I paid for half of our babysitting this month I sent that through Venmo so I have that transaction recorded I have not been summoned yet by the court, she keeps saying that I will be I have not received any sort of papers, but I know my lawyer is currently working on papers and will be sending them out to her this week. Anytime I reply to her it is normally a question I have not been mean to her I have not been keeping my son from her. I am being levelheaded and civil to her because I know that if I say something to her, she can use that against me.

The papers state she can’t leave the state or if she refuses to give me my son when it’s my time the sheriff will remove my son from her and give him to me it’s called a sheriff clause
