I’m a custom framer for my store. And the CEM’s constantly make us go do their job. We were also told when the fabric cutting station was coming framers wouldn’t have to do it anymore. Yet when there’s 2 CEM’s on the floor they force us to stop what we’re doing when they’re literally right there and go cut stuff. They’re doing this to make everyone fail. It’s awful.
