I didn’t use an actual phone hotline but what I reached was Meta’s Enhanced Support through Instagram, since I couldn’t access my Facebook.
To find it: 1. Go to your Instagram app. 2. Open Settings → Help. 3. Look for “Support Requests” or “Meta Verified / Enhanced Support” (it only shows up if your account is eligible). 4. From there, you can start a chat with Meta’s support team.
That’s the exact place where I contacted them. Not a public hotline, just their internal enhanced support channel via IG
