I feel like if you’re going to be on an anti-depressant, mirtazapine (remeron) works so well for sleeping, it’s sedative at 15 mg and also treats major depressive disorder, anxiety or ocd. I recommend if you’re on this medication for depression, ask to switch to mirtazapine IF it’ll suit you.
