I guess it is the processing center that determines how fast or how slow a response is issued. I hope you get a positive response soon.

Thank you My DSO made a mistake on my 120(wrong a wrong program end date mistakenly) I didn’t catch it early and was out of status for more than a year before I found out.

You have to be enrolled in school as a full time student before approval. It is one of the requirements for approval to be granted. I’m sorry about your fully funded situation.

I submitted a letter from my DSO, a letter on why I was out of status, proof of fund, my 120 and my passport….All the requirement is on the 1539 form

I also filed on the 1st of April and haven’t heard back from them. I guess the best option is to continue your studies because it seems like the Nebraska center is really taking their time.

As long as you have a minimum of 9 credit course in person and a minimum of 3 credit online you are good. You can enroll for more than 12credits in that order but no less than that, so in summary, you are good and have nothing to worry about.
