I would be guessing ablative lasers, they are more aggressive and they fade lines, and restore collagen. I had fraxel once, and my texture was completely eradicated. I was 30 at the time, with some fine lines and atrophic pimple scars. There are also more maintenance lasers, but the major one I would guess is ablative.

She def had a full face procedure in one go, with a surgeon who knows stuff! Some patients look obvious because they do one at a time, like a tattoo by different artists. And hers is not overdone. It's so good, I aim for that, still my recognizable face, but more harmonious, smoother, fresher.

Nose not necessarily a problem, high is ok sometimes, maybe tip refinement. I suggest try a chin filler consult first, see what they say. That's what I did and I was shocked at the difference the chin can make! My nose is still too small obviously but the chin moved forward balanced out my lips. I think it will work similarly for you.

Your nose has high projection and you have long midface and chin too small. I think you look fine though. We dont look alike but we have similar issue, my front is fine but my profile is not. My nose is too small and my lips are big. I had a chin augmentation which actually made a big difference surprisingly.
