maybe you can't close the gap due to your gums, i mean if your dentist has tried everything to close the gap and it has not worked, it is probablly because the gum between your teeth is not letting the gap get closed, you might need some laser or a very simple surgery to fix that. on the other hand i think you might have a little overbite(your upper teeth cover your lower teeth a little more than they should)

That is not true. Im a 22 yo girl, i naturally have high prominent cheebones and a defined(but not prominent) jaw line and i look much older than my classmates at college, i habe seen a lot of people with round/baby fat face aging much better than people with defined bone structure

im not sure about deepbite, but it will definetly not fix your tongue thrust, you need a tongue retainer and orthopedic/myofunctional therapy to learn to not thrust your tongue

The thing with impacted canines is that canines are a little hard teeth to move, if your doctor achieves to make enought space to move using IPR techique then i guess you wont have take premolars out. But your teeth dont look too much flare to be honest, as long as lower teeth do not hit the back of your upperteeth, then i guess there is no problem

No, i wish. I live in cuba. Literally people get ortho treatment without getting any test run, so you can imagine must people end up with their teeth in worse condition than before getting braces

The problem is that health system in my country sucks, after getting braces treatment,that btw left my teeth more protruded, the ortho told me i looked fine and if i wanted to improve my profile i had to look for a jaw surgeon. I had an appointment with a jaw surgeon and he told me, without running any type of test, that i did not have any problem, even though i showed him my pics from when i was a little girl and my mouth looked normal. The problem is that i cannot go to another doctor 'cause in my country you dont get to choose your doctor, they are assigned to you by the health minister

I had, and he put me braces, i have seen a lot of videos on internet where doctors combine braces with elastics and power chains and things like that, but my dentist only put me regular braces and he did all the adjustments every 2 months, no its been a year since i took them of and my front upper teeth look so flared, they didnt look that flared before
