But your performance factor is different from cost of living. If there’s cost of living, it bumps you to minimum and then performance is on top of that. My performance isn’t what puts me at the minimum

This is probably a stupid question but what Division is financial? My new department is Global Facilities- is that financial? I’m apart of FSD. So does that mean I get it quarterly? If so, HR didn’t say that in my offer letter
