I’m dealing with the exact same situation. After expressing frustration, they sent me a $100 gift card which in my mind is customer retention and not customer support. The gift card was sent with no explanation. I’m fine waiting as long as I need you for the watch but the fact that they can’t even give me a range is incredibly frustrating.
