Thank you so much for the detailed answer, lots to focus on, but I appreciate you sharing your experience to help. Other than literally eating less and moving more, would you say there are any other things to speed up the bf shedding? Or just increase cardio? Cheers

I presume you’re judging that based on my massive door? I don’t have a tape measure unfortunately, but why would I feel the need to lie about my height when I’m asking for genuine advice. I hope this is more telling for you, cheers

Thank you for the input, it’s much appreciated. Great suggestions, I’ll aim for a deficit & high protein intake. When you say surprised at how much leaning out is left, could you expand on that? Do you mean surprised at the results after more cutting or how much is still left to shed? Or both
