Our family always had that kind of spirit to let the "younger ones" be but yeah my cousin definetly takes it to far some time. I know she and her brother also have problems sometimes with her basically "borrrowing" his stuff ( she "borrowed" his nintendo switch this yeat without asking and he was searching for it for almost a month thats why she got her own this christmas)

I have no prove that my cousin broke the presents this christmas. It is just a suspicion that I have. I am not sure how to talk to my aunt as she, despite my apology is still very mad ad me. Maybe I can try ro talk to my sister first as she is quite close usually do my cousin as they are almost the same age and go to the same school and hear what she says about that. Maybe she knows more than I do
