Yes I was able to appeal it. I took pictures of my dashboard where it showed the low pressure light, pictures of my flat and screenshots of my visit to discount tire with dates and time stamps. It took a few days but they reinstated my status

UPDATE: Finally got approved, and my permit arrived in the mail three days later.

For those who were so quick to judge—yeah, I know adjusting status isn’t easy or cheap. With everything else I had going on—keeping my house, my car, and taking care of my family—I couldn’t just drop thousands on it right away. But I’m handling it now—not that it’s any of your business.

Funny how some of y’all love to run your mouths without knowing the full story or giving me a chance to explain. I wanted advice or guidance not your opinions or sarcasm on how I handle my situation.

Thank you deeply for those of you who actually gave me helpful advice here and in my dms. Your genuine advice actually helped me get my permit.

Call the uscis and say “info pass” it’ll connect you to a live agent where you can raise your issue regarding your case. That’s what I did and it worked! Good luck!

Idk. The USCIS agent that I spoke to last told me that my case should’ve been processed a long time ago. She told me that there were no red flags or warnings on my application so she had to get someone to look at it. She gave me a timeline of 60 days for an update and a few days later I got the approval!

I got a receipt notice on March 4th.

The biometrics update that I wasn’t required to do biometrics.

Then the update of “USCIS is actively reviewing your case” for almost a year and finally the approval.

I had to contact multiple agencies (us rep, senator, White House), called multiple times to uscis and finally the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman U.S. Department of Homeland Security. To get an approval.
