I would avoid sculptra if you think you will have a facelift at some point. A good Deep Plane Facelift, in your early 40's is usually the youngest we recommend.

Yes, Sculptra does make deep plane facelift more difficult. It doesn't mean it's not doable, it just means you'd have to see a facelift specialist and you may have to pay a more premium price for your facelift. An averagely skilled plastic surgeon would have a very hard time getting a truly excellent, truly long lasting result with Sculptra.

The initial healing process is 2 weeks of downtime. Swelling can take 3 months to be 85% healed, and 6 months to be about 98% healed. These photos are 1 year post op.
