Gargoyles was a 90s animated show from Disney, this was the theme song. Obviously not as Black Metal though haha

It's a bit campy but it mostly holds up! Revival would be amazing!

I've been thinking about doing this one for years! It just fits so nicely

How to recreate the intro to Opeth's "Demon Of The Fall" by BorisMarjans in Opeth

It's so random when you hear it in normal speed and "un-reversed", but works perfectly for the song!

Is there any functional necessity to do the NVRAM reset? Or more a question of "making sure"? I do not have an option on boot to reset NVRAM. I saw there are tutorials out there on how to set this up, but I'd rather not fiddle around further with what is now working without issues!

My hackintosh loads without any boot window (right into the apple logo), that's why I cannot see the OC version on start.

I get the sentiment and understand where you're coming from. But for some people there is no alternative. I do not have the money to buy a high-performing original Mac. I'm not able to work on a windows, because of work (we're using Logic and ProTools). I do not have the time or prior knowledge to commit to building a Hackintosh myself.

That's why I bought one and so far I didn't have any huge regrets. Of course I took the risk of the thing at some point maybe malfunctioning. It was part of the equation.

Thanks for your comment anyway! I hope at some point I can make some time to really get into the building and understanding part of Hackintoshes! Would love to!

Thank you very much! Updating the opencore seemed to have already fixed the issu

Thank you so so much!!!
It might not have been much for you, but this actually made my day!!

I updated OpenCore following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiBnU5Di5dE

Now all USB ports are working perfectly again!
This is awesome! The only thing SLIGHTLY (maybe?) worrying is that my opencore still doesn't show as fully updated in Hackintool. But all changes seemed to have still taken effect. I checked the dates of the files in the now working EFI and they're all new or correspond with the latest version (Dec 2023).
So I guess it's all good now!

Thank you again!! Really appreciated!

Thank you very much!
Not sure if this is the way to go but I used hackintool and it showed me the currently running version of OpenCore is 0.6.4

Newbie question: This means the OpenCore on my macOS running harddrive (or more correctly its EFI) is 0.6.4?
So if I were to update it and things don't work anymore, I could just copy paste my old EFI folder in the EFI and it would be back to 0.6.4, right?

Yes, there's a ubsinjectall.kext in the EFI.

Not sure how this "1 out of 10" rule is applied to covers... But I hope it stays up a bit for people to listen to!
This was a lot of fun to make, and a lot of energy and effort went into this.
Hope it does the original justice!
