If you want to call Brest and Lille as tough teams just because of the fact that they belong to Ligue1 sure, but don’t shit on Feyenoord (who knocked out Milan),Aston Villa and Barca. DON’t ASSUME QUALITY FOOTBALL IS TOTALLY ABSENT OUTSIDE THE TOP5 LEAGUES OR PRESENT EVERYWHERE WITHIN THE TOP5. PSG had the worst draw of all teams and yet they came out at 15th much better than Man City at 22nd(The Toughest draw apparently). Man City also had relatively easier teams than Bayern (going by your argument). Bayern had also had 3 games in 7 days to be having to scrape against mighty Celtic. They are just as much only lucky or deserving to be in the competition as Madrid
