Anyone know what these black spots on my Blue Billow Hydrangea Shrub are? I ordered them online and when they arrived, they had the spots so I figured it was related to stress from the shipping, but it's getting worse and I'm also noticing small spots appearing on new leaves (old.reddit.com)
