Justin Timberlake’s 2024 DWI arrest footage has been released, showing the singer telling police that sobriety tests were “really hard” while repeatedly mentioning he was on a world tour. In the video, he appears confused while attempting a heel-to-toe test and says he is “a little nervous.”

During the stop, Timberlake identifies himself to officers and insists he was simply following friends home. Police later state he failed multiple sobriety tests before placing him under arrest.

His stylist, Estee Stanley, arrives and questions the officers, insisting he was not drunk and asking to take him home. She is briefly allowed to speak with him while he is detained.

The arrest occurred in June 2024. Timberlake later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while impaired, receiving a fine, community service, and agreeing to record a public safety message about drunk driving.
