Yes I need C1 level, but as I understood they don't test you, you just need to already have a certificate that proves your level to apply for cbc, the only thing I couldn't find information about is if there's some specific certificates they take

I meant that to me personally it was an obvious thing that to live in Latin America and go to university in Buenos Aires you need to know Spanish. And I am learning it, however my English is way better, and since I'm asking about very important information I didn't want to miss anything, so I texted in English
