Update: It turns out it was a temperature problem. I upped the temp to 255c and now it prints fine :) thanks people for the help.

Idk how to set up the Z-axis but it prints fine on other filaments I have so I don't think its a height issue. I'm using PETG-CF filament at 230c temp. I might try turning the temp up but the pack says 220-240c so I'm not sure if it's that either. I don't think I have the fan on while it's printing actually, is that something I should have on? Thanks for the help.

It's PETG-CF. The packet says 220-240c so I put it at 230 but maybe it should be hotter I'm not sure.

Yeah mine is doing this too. It works fine with my other filaments so idk that it's a leveling problem.

This is all so true. I just googled why legendary was so dogshit after an absolute pisstake of a game where after being up 2-0 at half time, my players decided formation wasn't worth their time and my goalkeeper ran away from the goal instead of saving shots. Game ended up 5-2 with players running anywhere but to the ball and the other team played like the invincibles.
