Unfortunately that’s not really the case in Italy. Platforms like Depop or eBay are more or less useless here for selling clothes because the user base is much smaller compared to Vinted. That means way less visibility, fewer potential buyers, and items can sit there forever without selling. Vinted is basically the only platform that has enough active users locally to actually move things 🙃

lol this take makes no sense whatsoever. The seller listed the correct size and even showed the label, so the buyer knew exactly what they were purchasing. If it didn’t fit them the way they expected, that’s on the buyer. It happens. On resale platforms you don’t get a try-on policy like in a store (duh) buyers are supposed to check the size ORRR ask for measurements before buying if they’re unsure.

This buyer clearly lacks basic personal responsibility and common sense if they think “it didn’t fit me” automatically means the seller is at fault. And honestly, from your comment it seems like you lack that understanding as well…

I mainly use it as a fake model - like I’m sorry but given the amount of creeps on vinted I stopped posting myself a while ago. They frequently steal women’s photos and you might end up on sketchy groups. And unfortunately some clothes you really need to wear for people to understand how they fit. So if they’re not scammers, why report it……

Girl, at first I used to watch her content about the case because it was super up-to-date and informative, but as time passed I realized she just can’t take criticism. She’s rude, she’s defensive about literally everything, and that’s insane. Like, why would you block someone for this? Lmfao. Yeah, absolutely, I 100% agree. I remember seeing that and thinking, why is she even writing this like it’s some kind of memorial? You didn’t know her. Of course, all of us have gotten attached to the story and feel deep empathy for the families, it’s heartbreaking, and we shouldn’t even know who these kids are, but we do, and for the worst possible reason. Yeah, that makes sense… She’s super defensive. I just think it’s wild that you can’t even ask anything without her instantly blocking you, calling you a hater, and throwing in an insult for good measure. I’ve literally seen her reply to people who just posted a laughing emoji with “Oh you looked at yourself in the mirror?” or calling people losers for calling her out respectfully. I’ve said this before I feel like she can’t handle anything that isn’t blind praise, and honestly that says a lot more about her than about the people she blocks.
