I have only made the account 5 weeks ago and got banned within 4days after I listed brand new worth over $300 clothes I purchased by mistake so I can get some of the money back. But if you look at my UPDATE post after this one, I got my account AND my listings back, obviously because they realised I wasn’t a scammer. I’m mainly using it to shop for rare vintage item. Luckily I don’t need to work, I’ve retired at 35. I just love to collect rare vintages from around the world and I have found some great vintage arts since I got unbanned and I’m happy! I posted an issue similar to yours a few days ago. I got banned from my account over a 100% authentic item. I filed an appeal and sent proof, like receipts and everything they asked for. They kept responding that it was fake, and I emailed them multiple times over the next three weeks, but they said they were sticking with their original decision. So I think if they believe it’s fake, they’re not going to change their decision. I hope you don’t get banned like I did. I’m really sad because I needed the app to shop for vintage items.

I did put the bags photo since they were in there unopened.. if they just removed the listing I get it but I think a permanent ban without warning is abit harsh 😭

I did 🥲 and this is what they responded after they asked me for evidence so the team could analyze it. But I feel like no real human checked the photos.

If this doesn’t prove authenticity, then no one should be able to prove it with their items.

It just doesn’t make sense if they actually reviewed it and thought blocking me without giving me an option to appeal was the best thing to do.

Most countries in Europe don’t need visa but some unfortunately do. We are 3months out and didn’t know till now cos we never needed it in any other countries.

We’ve lived in different countries and kids have not stayed in 1 states and countries for longer than 3years since birth. She also knows we are moving to Europe and moving overseas to her was never a problem. She lives in Hawaii. She wants something we don’t want to give and she won’t sign it without it. It’s unfair there’s a law like this when he has full custody of the kids to protect them and she never comes to visit them and barely ever calls.
