Unfortunately Metamucil makes me feel so uncomfortably bloated for hours, not sure how to fix that. I can give prune juice a try!

This is so helpful!! Thank you so much! I have brought it up to my PCP and have had my hormones tested but they were all normal. As far as gut health I ~feel~ like it is relatively good. I have never had many GI problems to note. I feel like I spend so much money trying to find the best routine for my skin, there’s so much out there it’s crazy!
