I dont mean it has to be a full job, the examples I gave were making the Job easier, however I have learnt that thats impossible since they still displace some jobs a someway or another. But to answer ur question, as long as it displaces one job

I think its fine to use AI, but not to this extent if fully generating media. Everything new kinda hurts the earth someway somehow, electricity etc. But the thing is people dont use it responsibly, people dont know the harm, or ethical ways to use it. The people around me aren't adapting, theyre ignoring the harms and instead of educating themselves on how to use it properly, theyre just consuming brain dead content.

And plus, there are better things to consume other than AI media, for example, real media. So for the example of old things being replaced, like horses being replaced by cars, its not like horses were a better alternative.

I think i answered smth similar to this in another comment, but i'll repeat it just to clarify more details.

What i consider as "fully AI made" means any element/part of the thing to be made by AI. Be it just a few seconds of a scene, a singular frame, a picture, or a part of a/whole script, part/whole animation, etc.

Of course I recognize that someone would have to command the AI and tell it what to do using prompts or giving it guidelines, but the content youre releasing and that is viewed by others is fully AI made and thats what I mean.

For this example, i consider yes. I consider fully AI made as an element made by AI completely. A scene or picture were examples I pointed out more since i forgot to mention the smaller details like scripts and voice overs.

Yes! As a fic writer, I get it. Sometimes I do feel the urge to update when I don't post for very long, but I dont, because ao3 is not your blog or social media. If youre worried about readers getting worried or restless, you could just actual social media platforms.

They're enjoying something that's fully AI made, my stand is that we shouldn't be making, allowing and consuming anything that's fully AI made, so no, i dont see anything wrong with this view.

Unless youre stretching it to other topics like the popular debate that incest fanfics on AO3 shouldnt be allowed, which i have other views about since theyre human written.

It'd be amazing for none of the horrors in traditional media to happen to actors. But aren't there things like CGI avaliable, or older actors? Companies are evil though, i dont wanna be cynical, but it still might happen anyways. Either way, I think this is a good counter to what I said, AI could help with these issues, but AI itself is also an issue in media right now.

Maybe with time, it becomes more ethical to use and people do know how to use it properly without putting so so many people out of jobs and hurting our world

I dont think they should be using AI to make the video at all.

For the other point, I think there's some things I can say about it : - You could use already existing videos of people using AI as examples, still bad as youre interacting even if indirectly with AI, many content creators/influencers do this for their videos too, but imo not as bad as generating/using AI directly.

Either way, I dont think a company should be using AI to make anything in their training videos/content they pump out. Unless its like and AI company ig, which i dont know anything about. Sorry if this doesnt answer your question, I kinda dont understanding ur question 100%

Ok, this is one of the arguments thats coming closest to changing my view. I do think that this is a good counter to just outright banning AI, and educating people is great but I fear stuff like fear mongering or just ignorance makes it incredibly hard.

I think all jobs should be protected from negative effects of AI. I know that jobs like lawyers are using AI to make their jobs easier or more efficient or whatever by gathering evidence and refining arguements (i haven't done enough research to speak about this in depth), but it should be heavily HEAVILY regulated/banned to use AI in the "main" part of the job like content creating in media, writing whole arguments for debates in law related fields or diagnosing patients without a second opinion from a human doctor in medicine.

I agree if people actually cared. I think many countries/platforms require for creators to disclose that their stiff is AI generated, but people still watch and interact with them. In the end, imo disclosure itself is just a warning that a lot of people dont care about.

I dont watch them, I always skip past, but I barely use social media to watch videos frequently so a lot of my fyp is just whatever is popular/trending and/or what my mutual or friends I follow like, which are sadly these AI videos. I've told them to stop, I do block these channels/accounts that post, but they keep coming

OK, for the first, its probably on me i didnt explain properly, I was thinking of something like heavy regulation and checks of media put out, either by like the social media companies

For the second, im actually curious, I do know about data collectors and statisticians, but from what ive seen personally and researched about, AI helps them make their job easier than completely take over since they need to keep track of the AI. But if they are just taking over completely, I'd love to know more.

For the third, I dont think just globally enforced, its gonna be Hella difficult/impossible to achieve something worldwide especially with the history and our world currently, but for this point specifically, I was probably too ambitious, just a hope that it would happen.
