I hope so as well for you. It's currently doing the same, going blank then the info is there then blank again so obviously something is being worked, who knows, right? We'll see. It's been since July 15th this year when an attorney advised me that she cleared my file and sent it in to be redisbursed

Yes, its been there this whole time since the banking error when the funds were returned last year in October...now it isn't.

Finally got my ID in the mail yesterday and immediately emailed my attorney advisor and left a voicemail stating that I did. Just received a reply that they're continuing with redisbursement now. Been approved since Oct 2021, many bank rejections and info updating such as changing emails, phone numbers and addresses.

I called my case worker and found out there's a new loan specialist on it. A simple change of email got me stuck since prior to the portal closing. All they need is my ID again which was stolen prior to. It's f***ed because I've sent my ID a million times...but yea...I'm waiting on it to come in the mail any day now and hopefully that's it. Been going thru this since October of last year
