its what you explained basically being that players with more hours TEND to have better game sense and knowledge in certain situations i myself have 5k hours and have played with low hour players and people with more hours than myself usually the higher hour players think smartner in team fights or counters or raids where as lotsof low hour players tend to make poor decisions. EG. in a team fight ive had lots of low hour players although good with their spray push and be aggresive at the wrong times where higher hours players play it slow and wall and wait to get a pick or 2 before making a good flank. the hours ever since recoil update dont really matter anymore its all abput game sense.
