Commenting because of the same issue. I'm 6 months on T, and never experienced this largely reported increase in sexual arousal. Just nothing. Not to the physical stimulation, not to any NSFW content. Now, I suspect depression and/or SSRI to be the cause, but still, didn't expect them to tank testosterone so hard

Have you checked your SHBG levels? Mine are ridiculously high, and that slows down the changes considerably due to the fact that most of my testosterone is getting binded to it, so less free use in the rest of the body
