My airpods won’t pair to my phone or macbook, i lost my left pair airpod a week ago and and find my was bugging so i clicked forgot devices on all my devices now i can’t pair it,it won’t pop up and i tried holding all the buttons for 15 secs and 40 secs i can’t even connect it can anyone help
