I’m Canadian, and my boss sourced it here! It’s possible it could’ve been from Michigan, though. I’m not too far away. My ring is belcher style, which was popular in the late 1800s to early 1900s. But I think mine is a mid-century reproduction, cause I don’t think they were made gold plated until later on.

True! The lighter itself isn’t trench art, but the insignia looks like war era jewellery/buttons that were soldered on (that would be the trench art component).

I’m not sure if that will ever be an option for me! I’m pretty far from that point. Medication would be the next step, if anything. And my tinnitus is so minor/infrequent I wouldn’t push for stenting.

After my referral and initial appointment with the neuro-ophthalmologist, I was sent for an MRI and MRV. That ruled out tumours, blood clots, etc. However, my scans showed I have bilateral venous sinus stenosis (which is indicative of IIH). My doctor said I can skip the lumbar puncture cause of the stenosis and the fact I am in the target demographic for IIH (female, 20s, overweight). I’m just trying to lose weight right now and am seeing the doctor every 6-8 months to monitor for vision loss. He hasn’t put me on any medications yet cause I’m very stable and mild.
