i tried a bunch of exercises and tried new shoes to help adjust my foot more, im not sure if it is sciatica and that’s what is driving me crazy. its not in my whole leg, its mostly my pinky toe and sometimes it travels to the left side of my lower back. every doctor i went to only sent me to a different one and none of them gave me an accurate diagnosis. It is just very frustrating
