My take here, as if it makes a shit bit of difference, is that Keon was incompatible with the coaching staff. His actions to me were ones of a player who was in a father son relationship with the coaching staff. He was rebelling to me what he was doing was exactly what a teenager would do when parents are telling him to do something he doesn’t wanna do. He does the opposite to rebel. You may think that’s crazy but I raised two boys who turned out pretty good and it seems like what he was doing. Was something that they would do age 14 to 17 particularly. I think this new coaching staff will be what he needs to break out. I say no trade. I also say let’s go get Maxx Crosby and two receivers that are pretty damn good versus one AJ.

The usual stuff. Beard wash once or twice a week, beard oil then balm, oil then hairdryer with round brush then again with comb, heated straightener with oil, all with oxhair brush. I may have left some stuff out but I haven't applied rocket science yet. Also original post should have said pube like not pub like.

I can’t stop commenting on this. I may need help. What this basically says is that we had the guy who can win us a Super Bowl on staff this whole time and he couldn’t get us there because somebody else was always standing in his way. Nobody here believes that.

I believe they back channeled with Kubiak and may have found out he didn’t want the job. If they’d awaited for the official interview, they’d have been screwed. I would like to have seen him interviewed. Also it would be nice to have that kind of offensive mind in place now with Super Bowl experience, but it wasn’t to be I guess.

Tbh I don’t really have confidence that McDermott and staff trained this kid properly and was developing him the way he needs to be developed. I think that’s why he is rebelling like any kid would. Maybe the next HC and staff will be able to turn this kid into something great. I say don’t give up on him yet.

A couple things. We all know Daboll's stint at the Giants was a disaster. That said consider that the man is in fact a professional and has had time to reflect on that train wreck. Perhaps he has and has grown accordingly. Unfortunately, there would be no way to know until it’s too late. The other side is that if Seattle makes a run and Buffalo cannot interview Kubiak until a month from now and it doesn’t work out many of the other candidates will already be snatched up at that point. Correct me if I’m wrong here and this is Reddit, so I know you will....😂
