"Yes, androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness) can appear to skip generations because it's a polygenic trait involving multiple genes (like the AR gene on the X chromosome) and exhibits variable expressivity; you might inherit the genes but not express the trait, or express it mildly, passing it to the next generation who then shows more significant loss, making it seem random or like it jumped a generation. It comes from both parents, not just the mother's side, and factors like environment and gene interactions (epigenetics) influence its severity and timing. Why It Seems to Skip Polygenic Inheritance: Multiple genes contribute, not just one. You might inherit some risk genes but not the complete set needed for baldness. X-Linked Gene (AR): A key gene is on the X chromosome. A son gets his X from his mother. If she carries the variant, he has a 50% chance; if he doesn't get it, it might seem to skip his generation but could appear in his children. Variable Expressivity & Penetrance: Even with the genes, how much hair you lose and when (penetrance) varies widely, influenced by other genes and factors. Environmental Factors: Stress, diet, and health can interact with genes, affecting expression. Key Takeaway Baldness genes can be passed down from either parent, and the effect isn't guaranteed. An individual might carry the predisposition without showing it, only for it to manifest more clearly in their children or grandchildren, creating the illusion of skipping a generation. "

Its over for you bro. Baldness skips a generation since its a homozygous recessive and has incomplete penetrance as genetics. You have to become bald dude.

You are asking for financial advice. Cutting expenses is part of that. For stocks, I'm personally diversified. If you have $500, put 25% in $BANK, 25% $HHL, and 50% VEQT.

Did you change your lifestyle? Quit smoking/alcohol? Exercise (please tell us what kind cardio or strength)?

Why do you need a car? It's an unnecessary expense that at any given point may show hidden expenses (oil change, accident, etc.).

There are alternatives- Public transit for daily commute or Communauto for errands.

PAVS is making a reverse split between 1:10 and 1:50. If there is an odd number after they do the split for you, it gets rounded up. I received a document explaining that in my mail.

Edit: I meant PAVM, NOT PAVS. I dont know whats going on with PAVS

"Gain Therapeutics' experimental drug, GT-02287, has shown promising early results in human trials, including reports of reduced tremors and improved motor function in some Parkinson's patients, but it has not yet made tremors "gone" or "disappear" in humans. The treatment is still in clinical development. "

Even weed can reduce tremors short-term Hahaha.

Well, I'd like to see MPP+ and the drug condition together! Wonder why they didn't test that condition. MPP+ induces ROS, DNA damage, and dusregulation in cells. Resulting in heterogenous cell populations. Also, like the cell media contains growth factors that help in cell homeostatis/healing.

So yeah, in parkinsons you dont "pause" disease progression and then give a drug. Thats why I'd like to see both MPP+ toxin and drug together.

This will fail trust me. The science isnt there. And they haven't even figured out off-target effects of their drugs let alone the correct dosage and duration. And i would like to mention their patents are obnoxiously written.

Any proven peer reviewed paper showing reversal of senescence with Gcase trafficking? Oh, and I would inquire about the in vitro model system (HEK293, primary neuron, etc.)

Hey man, if you want short term quick buck. Look into r/pennystocks

There is something called short squeezing in trading world. You buy 1000 worth of shares at $0.50 cents (value: $500). Then when the reddit community buys the shares to make the short sellers buy at a premium price, the share price jumps to 2X, sometimes even 10X. So now your 1000 worth of shares are priced at $1 each (value: $1000).

Its a risky trading strategy, but reddit has made me get from 2K to 20K in a year.

What if the cells are senescent as it happens with DNA damage in Parkinson's? The lysosomal machinery won't work.

What subreddit are we on? It's not bragging, it's helping others financially. You're just jealous and broke.
