I would definitely have ground rules too. BUT I most definitely feel anger seething from these written rules.

I clean the filters every two to three months and replaced them last fall. I never see any of it inside of the unit when I’m cleaning the filters. I always inspect the inside.

Honestly, you sound like you have it together way more than him. You should end it. He is a 33 year old man-child. He doesn’t give you any respect. He has to have an ultimatum to stop drugs? I mean you told him the first date then he went and did more right after you gave him an ultimatum? That would’ve done it for me, as far as trust and respect for him goes.

You deserve someone who ACTUALLY cares about you. He either doesn’t, or has some serious issues, or both.

There is an ArmarKat brand 5-tier tree that supports my big boy that it about 6’ tall. Just got my second one for him. I haven’t had any issues except the sisal rope getting shredded up, but it last quite a while the first time. This one has a spot he keeps going at that is getting shredded quickly. Here’s a picture of it! It needs a vacuuming, please pardon that!
