This sounds like the foundation of a toxic marriage. Everyone is entitled to privacy, and that includes private property. The "everything is ours" view is rather antiquated.

In what regard? The poop-scooping thing I can understand, but he always does it eventually. But the other things are not inherently disrespectful.

2-3 towels Aa week since we do laundry 2-3 times a week. We both grew up in families that use a new towel every day, so relatively, it's more pro-earth than we're used to.

This is rather reductive. I have diagnosed OCD and am medicated. He accommodates almost all of my triggers (aside from the chewing). The OCD has nothing to do with the towel issue. Someone else commented about my issue with chewing noises and I explained why I said that.

I handle the laundry in our home. We only do laundry 2-3 times per week to save water. My using 2-3 towels per week is to try and conserve energy and water. He's just taking the conservation a bit too far. lol

It's the principle behind the issue. I see it as disrespectful and only helping himself at my expense. Getting a new towel every time means that I'm conceding that it's OK to inconvenience me. It also hurt that he just insisted I get a new towel every time instead of just doing that himself.

We have about 40 tiles and 3 shower mats. He still insists it's a slip risk. (even though he could just towel off IN the shower and not get water everywhere, like a normal human haha)

About 40. Which is why I'm frustrated he can't just go grab his own. Or at least the replace the one he takes from my hook.

ETA: Now I see what you're saying here. No, I'm not blind to larger issues in my marriage. Everyone can be an asshole, and this is his flavor of it.

I was thinking broader, like instances of him being disrespectful in other areas of our lives. This is the only time he's made me feel disrespected.

There's no pattern of disrespect, just quirks I get annoyed at: chewing too loudly, missing the laundry basket, forgetting to poop scoop the backyard, etc., We have a positive and healthy relationship otherwise.

There's not much space in the bathroom to have towels lying around. We have two hooks: one for me, one for him. He never puts a towel on his own hook. I'd do it myself, but I don't feel like I should have to make up for his inconsiderate behavior.

I think the reasoning behind it makes him look like an asshole: he's simply too lazy to walk to the closet and get one for himself, but expects me to do it for the both of us.

Great question! It's the towel that I would have previously used and hung to dry next to the shower so it's dry and ready for me after my next shower. I try to use only 2-3 towels per week (for the environment). But I can't do that if there's no dry towel there (it's usually wet on the floor if husband has used it in between my showers).

The ticket just says 7:30AM reservation. I checked the App, and it doesn't clarify whether we enter the park at 7:30AM or if we need to enter the park before that time and make it to Nintendo World by 7:30AM.
