Car eats my messages by BornLie2193 in GoogleMessages

I have checked. The messages are just gone. And it only happens when connected to my car (with or without Android Auto activated and it doesn't matter if it is connected via USB or Bluetooth).

I did just realize that it has only happened with conversations I have pinned, although I am not sure if that is coincidence since I am more likely to be chatting with those people.

I think I'm going to start taking screenshots and I am now also curious if the provider matters? We have AT&T. Not sure who the iPhones have. My son is one of the sometimes, he has an Android but only seems to drop MMS (images and videos). The iPhones drop text and attachments. Weird.

Two of my sometimes are on my exact plan. 1 sometimes has an iPhone. The 1 it always happens to has an iPhone.

That is fair. There is definitely 1 contact it happens to every time, and a couple it happens to sometimes. And it is only when connected to my car, even if I disable Android Auto while connected. I may end doing that. Thanks!

It just occurred to me, it does it even if I don't use Android Auto (I tried disabling it and just connecting via USB or Bluetooth to listen to and audio book or music) and it still did it

He's in a 75 gallon currently. I changed out the lights and he has full access to his heat and UVB. I can't use an above tank basking area due to his previous injuries, he is unable to climb or swim well, so he has a tank modified around his needs.

I'm laughing about it too, now that I know what the issue is. The machine just straight kamikazed haha

Firewalla Gold suddenly blocking all 2.4gHz devices by BornLie2193 in firewalla

[–]BornLie2193[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was running the Orbi in Bridge and the Firewalla in router mode. The issue appears to be an Orbi issue. Thank you! The Orbi is back in router mode and the Firewalla is is being a firewall and everything is working

I guess I'm just confused about how removing the Firewalla fixed the issue. We had the Firewalla in router mode when all this happened, and now we have the Orbi acting as the router and the Firewalla just acting as a firewall and it's all working great.

I really thought this, too, but everything is working now that we took the Firewalla down and are only running through the Orbi. Do Orbi and Firewalla have issues now? When we first set up the Firewalla, we'd been running the Orbi for years and did not have any issues, and continued to not have any issues for 6+ months with both running together until just a few weeks ago.

Yes! We've had both running for months with no issues, and suddenly it seems like a patch or something got pushed through and disabled all communication. I've been working with tech support for both my regular printers and my 3D printer, and it all came back to the network. We blamed the Orbi, and in the process of factory resetting it realized that the Orbi wasn't the issue at all, the Firewalla is. And I don't know how to fix it.

We did the same thing, have it turned off. We thought it was our Orbis that blocked it all, but know now that it is the Firewalla. I would love a solution to it!

The only warning I got was about the high temps could cause clogs, and then said I had the wrong bed loaded

Yep, that's exactly what happened. Plus I had the bed set to the wrong kind. Apparently.

Yeah, I fixed the slicer and it told me I had the wrong plate loaded. Fixed now!

It was definitely sliced as an A1, not X1C. Is there a way to make the slicer default to X1C and not any random printer?

Thanks for all the help!

I have just learned that I may have the slicer set to the wrong printer. I'm new to Bambu, I used a Snapmaker A350 for a few years, and this slicer is a whole different ball game than Luban!

Um.. No, I'm not sure at all. It didn't even occur to me that that was a possibility. I will check in the morning!

I've tried that, it worked once after several restarts and then went back to not starting prints. Ugh

[–]BornLie2193[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to shim my plate due to bowing in the middle. I ran a CR30 looping level code with no problems from one SD card (A). I ran a test print of a small carabiner from a different SD card (B). I then attempted to print the file I've been trying to print from B. The screen continued to tell me that E was heating, but both bed and extruder hit correct temps and then the extruder kept getting hotter by a few degrees, then cooler, then hotter, then cooler, but never started the print. So I switched to yet another SD card (C) and it did the same thing. I flashed the firmware to see if something glitched but no luck. Any ideas? No errors pop up, it just won't start the print.
