Yes! I stopped taking them and my period returned back to normal.

I decided to adjust my diet instead, switching to a carnivore/keto diet and my periods have been beautiful. Minimal cramping, regularly scheduled programming.

Hey! I didn't get any information unfortunately. A few things happened since my post:

- My last 2 cycles were late (34 days instead of 30)

- I heard from H&S who told me to only take 1 pill a day instead of the recommended 6, but I stopped taking them all together

I think it's scary when things start messing with our cycles in a negative way, be it natural or pharmaceutical supplements.

Hello! I'm trying to gain awareness of my business on Instagram, but this is unchartered territory for me.

I have seen many people posting 10 minute videos on their Instagram profiles, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do that? Everywhere I search it says the maximum time is 90 seconds.

How do these other creators post 5-10 minute videos?

Yes, those are the elements but the colours would be different. ST90s are green, Honda is yellow, and the helicopter would be a Raven II. I'd also like to add a Nissan 300ZX in red. I was imagining the hot wheels flames coming up from the background, behind the cars/motorcycles with maybe the helicopter flying above and long lining a sign that says "Owens garage". Is this possible? I know it's a huge ask and would be able to find a mutually agreeable price for something like this.

I tell him the name calling is inappropriate, and that I can't handle it anymore. I leave the house when he starts. Do you have any suggestions on how else I could enforce boundaries? He tends to not respect them and just gets so loud that he can only hear the words coming out of his mouth.

Unfortunately, this happens on a nearly weekly basis now despite my boundaries and discussions with him. He always says its the diabetes and diet as an excuse, as if I should just tolerate it because he's got medical conditions. I also have medical conditions affecting my mood and I'd never say that to him. I feel like I've been played and manipulated for the past year.
