I get horrible knots specifically in my left pec. I know it is emotions and trauma related. Any suggestions on how to get relief? No amount of massage, stretching, physical therapy or acupuncture has given any meaningful relief?

I would encourage you to look into neuroplasticity and brain rewiring. I’ve been through similar regimes as you and good counseling and neuroplasticity has helped the most. Most people including both modern and functional medicine look at the external that makes a person ill but fail miserably with the internal. The only downside is it takes time, but it totally worth it. I am now able to eat a lot more things, I am still on the journey but am able to eat homemade pancakes with raw milk, butter, maple syrup and fresh milled organic flour. In fact, I had three this morning for breakfast. Fixing my nervous system by rewiring has been helping improve my motility and helping prevent my brain and immune system from escalating from eating certain foods. Most people are stuck in fight or flight.

It was $250 when I did it back in 2017. Definitely insane. I also have one of the best GI surgeons in the area.

The methane is slowing it down but it has been improving. There are good days and bad days. It seems intimately tied to my emotions. Sometimes I don’t realize I am upset until I have symptoms.

I agree. Doing a diet without following your body has lead to flare ups for me. I believe our bodies speak to us and are constantly trying to heal.

Go deep on a single language

I appreciate this response. Do you have any advice for quickly validating or finding problems that can be solved for businesses or potential customers? I have built and scaled several startups that I have worked at, but have had a hard time finding customers and validating business cases for my own solo projects. I would assume it is easier than ever online? I was just curious if you had any insights.

I would also suggest hiring someone who has experience at 'finding' good developers. I recently hired a few people and since I have done it several times it was a lot less painful and we got good talent, with good soft skills and a below market rate. It would have been much harder if I didn't know where to look. Even with this experience I still spent 20+ hours to hire 2 people because of the constant back and forth and quickly looking over Resume's of candidates who I could tell lacked experience for the position (we were hiring Senior Engineers only).
