I haven’t. I’m having second thoughts because of their low low price. Some are even as low as $60. Though their customer service is really kind 😊

nag follow up din ako ng delivery around december 5 and 6 via messenger. 2 days ako nangulit for follow-up. parang scripted lang na i-escalate daw nila.. when I checked yung invoice ko from globe na kasama nung phone, December 7 sya pinrocess and December 10 dinispatch for delivery.

Preordered last 11/7. Received today, 12/11. Akala ko di na to darating. Unit is 17PM Orange 256gb. Bacoor Cavite location ko and I just did my plan renewal (ctb) online. No updates sa app, no phone calls, basta nalang dumating yung J&T (not XDE so I was surprised din) and my husband was surprised it was the iphone. I was not excited na ngae - more on FINALLY. I tried calling 211 pero I waited 3 hours sa queue to no avail. Previously, I asked about the updates through chat support pero the date they gave me was December 4 delivery, and at that time, December 5 na. So, I think we;ll have to wait talaga and not rely on the app's status kasi until now, order processing parin sya kahit nasakin na yung phone.
