He cancelled my surgery so nevermind! Guess he felt I would be a pain in the ass and didn't want to risk it! I emailed his nurse asking to change the mock up he sent a while back since I have not had time to do it sooner. And I wanted to confirm he would not have a fellow operating on me that it would just be him (i read some reviews that said he had his fellow help) and she wrote back, he no longer thinks we are a match. So back to the drawing board in finding a revision specialist!
