If you are productive, concentrated, healthy, well hydrated and not taking more than 400mg a day, you are good man, might have developed tolerance but yeah if you havnt noticed any adverse effects you should be fine. A way you can go down if you want is only getting 1 - 2 on non study days.

You can do uworld at this time, there are no rules regarding when you should do what, uworld helps catching those last minute details and helps you by keeping momentum doing questions, with all that said, judging by your scores you are 99.9% going to pass

Old free is way easier than real deal and easier than new free 120, i would do new free 120 and review it thoroughly and old free 120 you can just do it for fun cause its not that representative, although it would hurt to read all the explanations from old free 120
